New long sleeve shirt by The North Face, its supper warm on those cold winter mornings & breathes/dries easily.
These are some new shoe inserts that will hopefully help my sore knee so I can train harder the next year.
The new shoes I bought where The North Face Fireroads, they are a light weight (9 oz per shoe) so I can train for the Moab 100 which is a flat 100 miler with only 7000 foot elevation gain/loss. The shoes are made for flat trails or roads that help with leg turnover, I train on dirt roads behind my house with plenty of hills to run. After training/running the Moab 100 i'll buy some other mountain running shoes for Leadville 100.
